1. How do I measure my mattress?

To ensure a perfect fit, please measure the Width, Length, and Depth of your mattress in inches.

Width & Length: Measure across the center of the mattress from edge to edge.

Depth (Pocket Depth): Measure the vertical height of your mattress. Our production team takes your specific depth into account to ensure your custom sheets have just the right amount of extra fabric for a perfect, secure tuck every time.

2. How long will my order take?

This is where we really shine! Because all of our orders are produced right here in our own US-based factory, we move fast. Most orders are actually produced in just 1-2 business days. Shipping generally takes about 3-6 days on average, though it can occasionally be a little shorter or longer depending on where you are.

3. Can I return my custom sheets?

Because these items are custom-cut and sewn to your unique dimensions, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized products. Please double-check your measurements before clicking "Add to Cart" so our sewing team can get it exactly right for you.

4. What if my size does not show fabric options?

If you enter your dimensions and don't see fabric choices pop up, don't worry! It just means your request is a bit more specialized. Please reach out to us through our Contact page—we’d love to chat about your needs and help you find the perfect solution for your space.

5. Care Instructions

To keep your custom sheets feeling their best, we recommend washing in lukewarm water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat.
